The Network Engineer will support the design, deployment, and operations of Cadence’s global enterprise network. This role ensures secure access, and high availability across data centers, cloud environments, and campus network. Interested candidate should have results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering high-impact network solutions on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain enterprise switches, routers, and data center network.
- Design and deploy campus network solutions, leveraging Cisco, HPE, and Aruba platforms to ensure scalability, resilience, and seamless user experience.
- Support hybrid cloud connectivity, and SD WAN integrations.
- Troubleshoot network issues, validate device status, and manage infrastructure changes.
- Perform upgrades, support NAC devices, manage access control and ensure security compliance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (Cloud Ops, Data Center, Security, WAN) on various projects.
- Prepare and maintain network documentation.
- Operationalize completed project for day 2 operations.
- Provide timely project status to all stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Hands on experience with Cisco, Arista, Aruba networking.
- Strong knowledge of routing/switching, BGP, MLAG/LACP, and data center networking.
- Hands on experience supporting network security
- Hands on experience support TACAS/ISE, ClearPass
- Experience supporting Aruba ClearPass is a plus
- Experience supporting Citrix, F5 load balancer is a plus
- Familiarity with SD WAN is a plus
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
- Clear and effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Agility in dynamic, fast-paced environments, adapting to evolving business needs
Qualification:
- 10-12 years of experience in Network design, solution, deployment & support
- Bachelor degree in computer science related field
- Cisco certification is must.
