SUMMARY:
Plans, designs, implements, and supports network systems, including configurations, supporting/troubleshooting network problems and coordinating across the infrastructure and corporate landscape.
YOUR IMPACT:

Providing day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for the network environment using appropriate network management tools, scripting, or equivalent.

Advanced understanding of networking fundamentals - architectures, models, protocols, IP addressing, basic router/switch configurations, network security, and applied experience

Conducting triage and resolution of network issues and outages.

Active member of project teams following senior leadership design and project plans
-
Communicating and coordinating with stakeholders for network-related activities.

Learning and adopting new technologies like SD-WAN, virtualization, automation tools.

Continuously monitor and analyze network traffic usage.

Advanced knowledge in 1 area of end-to-end network landscape (route/switch, wireless, cloud, LAN/WAN, cellular, perimeter, security, and others)

Cross functional team communicating and coordinating efforts for database, applications, and infrastructure activities.

Intimate knowledge of the ITIL process, ticket resolution, and stakeholder response

Design, implement, and operate complex solutions.

Other duties as assigned.

Regular attendance is required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Four (4) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Monitoring, troubleshooting, customer service, problem solving, cross team collaboration, risk analysis, analytical, operating systems, hardware

Written and communication skills, problem solving, time management, teamwork
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
