Role Summary
They are looking for a Network Engineer who will take ownership of network infrastructure across multiple locations. This role is responsible for the operation, maintenance, monitoring, and improvement of network environments, with a strong focus on availability, performance, security, and troubleshooting.

They will work closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure network services remain stable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure across office locations.
  • Configure, support, and troubleshoot Cisco networking environments, including routing and switching.
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
  • Analyse trends, logs, and performance data to prevent issues before they affect operations.
  • Support network changes, including implementation and validation of updates.
  • Assist with LAN/WAN connectivity and remote access technologies.
  • Contribute to problem management, root cause analysis, and long-term improvements.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, inventories, and procedures.
  • Support global connectivity and remote troubleshooting where needed.
Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or network environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking, including routing, switching, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of network topology and remote access technologies.
  • Experience with performance monitoring, incident resolution, and problem management.
