Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a relentless focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.

About the role:

As a Senior Specialist of Network Contracting you will negotiate and manage contracts with healthcare providers, including hospitals, health systems, and individual providers. These contracts aim to develop a network in assigned markets or regions. Additionally, you will ensure access to quality care and improve costs by analyzing provider performance and negotiating reimbursement rates. This often involves complex contract terms and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
