What We Need

The world of networking is rapidly evolving with multi-cloud, SDN and virtualization technology. NetBrain is positioned to solve the largest unresolved network challenges - problem diagnosis automation across any hybrid network. We are looking to add a Senior Network Automation Engineer in the CEO’s office, to lead the transformation of network operations through automation, leveraging our state of the art automation platform across 2,500 enterprise customers. The individual will work closely with the CEO while collaborating with the engineering and R&D teams.

Through this role, you will have an immense impact on the entire networking industry by enabling automation as the default solution to all network operation challenges at scale. You will lead a NetOps revolution in that no-code is the standard way to build automation. Further, you will work with the world’s smartest and most passionate network professionals daily. There will be no shortage of exciting challenges in this role!

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with the CEO and R&D teams to become the subject matter expert on NetBrain’s no-code network automation platform and product advancements  
  • Act as the primary technical resource for knowledge transfer from product teams to pre-sales, post-sales engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Develop creative and effective ways of translating no-code network automation advancements into high-quality customer-facing demos
  • Develop creative and effective ways of translating no-code network automation advancements into easy-to-learn training tracks to empower network professionals to become network automation professionals and revolutionize how the largest enterprises in the world manage their networks.
  • Apply knowledge of different disciplines to understand the variables and challenges of creating effective resources. Work cross-functionally to develop methods of adapting complex technical information into customer-facing resources to achieve desired results.  
  • Evangelize the value of automation and our no-code automation approach when interacting with customers, industry peers, and our internal engineering team.  
  • Engage with ecosystem partners to facilitate collaboration with the goal of better serving common customers.  

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical subject (STEM)
  • Industry Network Certification such as CCIE, JNCIE is preferred
  • 8+ years of Experience in one or more of the key areas, with a demonstrated history of delivering positive results within: Network Operations (NOCs), Network Change, Network Planning, Design and Implementation, Continued Network Optimization
  • Experience with common network management tools including Network Monitoring, Incident Management, Log Analysis etc.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills 
  • Hands-on experience and mentality to apply automation to network operation challenges

What We Offer

Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $130,000 - $170,000 + Bonus & Stock Options. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.

The range listed above is a guideline, and may be modified.
