About The Role:
cyDaptiv Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Network Administrator to support DoD cybersecurity projects in Kauai, HI. This role involves managing complex network infrastructures and ensuring secure, reliable connectivity for mission-critical systems. You will leverage advanced network security principles and work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced defense environment.

We have dynamic teams supporting projects in the US, Korea, Japan, and Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot complex network systems, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Ensure the security and integrity of network communications through VPN, VLAN, and network encryption technologies.
- Deploy and integrate advanced network security solutions, such as Cisco ISE.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce policies, resolve network issues, and maintain secure network operations.
- Take initiative in identifying and addressing network faults while providing guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience managing multi-vendor, wide-area networks in defense or high-security environments.
- Expertise in network infrastructure technologies (e.g., routers, switches, VPNs, encryption devices, and network protocols like TCP/IP, UDP, and MPLS).
Professional Certifications:
- CCNP (Routing & Switching), IAT Level II (DoD 8570/8140).
Security Clearance:
- Active Top-Secret clearance required.
