What you'll do:
- Lead the configuration and customization of NetSuite to align with business requirements.
- Implement best practices for optimizing system performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any data inconsistencies or system issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements.
- Manage and enhance integrations between NetSuite and other third-party applications.
- Work closely with developers to implement custom scripts or workflows when necessary.
- Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionality and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Create and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard sensitive data.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Develop and execute compliance reporting mechanisms to meet regulatory requirements.
- Develop and customize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with users to understand reporting requirements and deliver solution
What you'll bring:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules and functionalities.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into system requirements.
- Experience with SuiteScript or other scripting languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred.
