Who We’re Looking for:
Therabody is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior NetSuite Administrator to join our Business Applications team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business support and collaboration, as well as experience directing offshore teams to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the NetSuite system, ensuring its optimal performance and availability
- Develop and implement custom scripts and workflows to enhance the functionality of the NetSuite system according to the needs of our business customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve supply and demand planning processes, order to cash processes, and inventory management
- Establish and maintain a center of excellence, including a framework for governance and best practices
- Provide technical support and training to NetSuite users with a positive attitude and transparent communication
- Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite features and best practices
The Right Person Would Have
- 5+ years of NetSuite administrator experience
- Proficiency in SuiteScript, building and supporting workflows, and SuiteAnalytics
- Strong knowledge of global accounting processes and Avalara
- Strong knowledge of supply and demand planning, and order management processes
- Experience with Celigo is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
