Harness is the AI Software Delivery Platform company, led by technologist and entrepreneur Jyoti Bansal (founder of AppDynamics, acquired by Cisco for $3.7B). Harness has raised approximately $570M in funding and is valued at $5.5B, backed by leading investors including Goldman Sachs, Menlo Ventures, IVP, Unusual Ventures, Citi Ventures, and more. As AI accelerates code creation, the real bottleneck has shifted to everything after the code – testing, deployments, application security, reliability, compliance, and cost optimization. Harness brings AI and automation to this “outer loop,” helping teams ship software faster while maintaining security and governance throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle.
Powered by Harness AI and the Software Delivery Knowledge Graph, the Harness Platform applies deep context and intelligent automation across the software delivery lifecycle with governance and policy-driven controls embedded throughout the platform.
Over the past year, Harness powered over 185M deployments, 82M builds, 18T flag evaluations, 8M security scans, 9.1B optimized tests, 3T protected API calls, and helped manage $2.8B in cloud spend — enabling customers like United Airlines, Morningstar, and Choice Hotels to accelerate releases by up to 75%, reduce cloud costs by up to 60%, and achieve 10x DevOps efficiency.
With a global team across 26 offices and 27 countries, Harness is shaping the future of AI software delivery — and we’re looking for exceptional talent to help us move even faster.
We are looking for a Senior NetSuite Administrator to own the health, performance, and evolution of our NetSuite ERP environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who can serve as the go-to expert across finance/ERP configuration, customizations, and integrations — balancing day-to-day system administration with strategic projects that scale the platform alongside the business. In addition to NetSuite, you will support our broader Finance Systems ecosystem, including Stripe, Zip, Ramp, Workato, and other integrated platforms.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary system administrator for NetSuite, managing configuration, security, roles/permissions, and user provisioning
- Design, build, and maintain customizations including custom records, fields, forms, workflows, saved searches, and dashboards
- Develop and maintain SuiteScript solutions, SuiteFlow workflows, and SuiteBuilder customizations to support evolving business requirements
- Contribute to automation initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes using workflows, AI tools, and integration technologies
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate system enhancements prior to production deployment
- Administer and optimize core ERP modules including financials, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, revenue recognition, and inventory/fulfillment
- Manage the NetSuite release cycle: evaluate new features in each release, test in sandbox, and coordinate production deployments
- Own data integrity and governance, including bulk data loads/updates (CSV import, SuiteScript, or middleware), deduplication, and cleanup initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and user-reported bugs; manage support tickets and prioritize backlog
- Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, and end-user training materials
- Lead or support NetSuite-related projects such as module rollouts, multi-currency, subsidiary/multi-book implementations, M&A system integrations, or platform upgrades
- Support adjacent Finance Systems including Stripe, Zip, Anrok, Ramp, Navan, Workato, and related enterprise applications.
- 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, including at least 2+ years in a senior, lead, or solution-architect capacity
- Strong proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk/REST web services, and SuiteBuilder
- Deep understanding of core NetSuite ERP modules: GL, AP/AR, Order Management, Revenue Recognition, and Multi-book/Multi-currency
- Experience with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management
- Ability to breakdown stakeholder requirements to technical solutions that are robust and scalable
- Proven experience designing and supporting integrations with third-party systems (CRM, payroll, EDI, e-commerce, banking, etc.)
- Experience managing multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and/or OneWorld NetSuite environments a strong plus
- Solid grasp of accounting and finance fundamentals (GAAP) sufficient to partner effectively with Finance stakeholders
- Experience with data migration, ETL tools, and middleware platforms (Celigo, Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar)
- Track record of managing NetSuite release testing, sandbox refreshes, and production deployments
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders
- NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer) preferred
- Experience in a SOX-compliant or audited environment
- Familiarity with adjacent tools such as Stripe, Salesforce, Anrok, or ADP - Plus
- Prior experience supporting a company through an ERP implementation, M&A integration, or platform migration - Plus
