We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our team in Istanbul.
The ideal candidate will act as the team leader of the existing development team, ensuring on-site management and oversight of the team's daily operations.
This role is critical to the success of our projects and in creating a collaborative and productive work environment.
The main responsibilities include:
Grow the Development Team by expanding its capacity and capabilities, mentoring junior developers, and providing technical guidance.
Contribute to the Blackstar Stream Development team by working on the "Blackstar" stream, a high-priority initiative, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver software solutions.
Oversee daily operations by overseeing team activities and ensuring project deadlines are met while adhering to coding standards.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing strategies to boost efficiency and quality.
Profile:
Master’s Degree in IT or a related field
8+ years of experience working with C# and related .NET technologies within global enterprise solutions
Experience with RDBMS and SQL
Ideally, experience leading a development team
Knowledge of .NET Framework or .NET Core (C#)
Understanding of architectural and messaging patterns
Experience in .NET UI frameworks, such as WPF or Blazor
Knowledge of SQL Server
Very good level of English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Team player with a sense of urgency and respect for deadlines
Good time management skills
Process-oriented individual
