This is a hybrid position based in Skopje or Ohrid. Team members are required to be in the office three days per week, with flexibility to select their in-office days based on personal preference and business needs.
What You'll Do
- Write clean, testable code using .NET programming languages.
- Develop technical specifications and architecture.
- Develop, implement, and support applications in a timely and high-quality manner.
- Actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle.
- Analyze system requirements and provide solutions.
- Review and refactor code to ensure high performance.
- Deploy fully functional applications.
- Mentor and guide team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Document development and operational procedures.
- Conduct technical research to integrate new technologies.

What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of solid hands-on experience in developing enterprise web-based solutions.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), XML, SOAP, and REST implementation.
- Extensive experience with MS SQL Server, with knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch) being a plus.
- Proficiency in web technologies such as .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS.
- Experience in analysis, building, and implementation of various enterprise architectures.
- Proven ability to provide expertise, mentoring, leadership, and creativity to the application development team.
- Experience troubleshooting and analyzing production issues.
- Familiarity with writing tests first, agile development, and a continuous integration build environment.
- Experience in establishing software development guidelines and performing code and build reviews.
- Nice to have: Experience with source code management systems (Git), understanding of software construction and principles, and a willingness to learn and understand others' code.
