Delaware Nation Industries is seeking an experienced Senior Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) Analyst to support the NAVSEA mission at Dam Neck Annex. This program provides full-spectrum Information Technology (IT), Cybersecurity, and Information Management Support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). This team delivers expert services in cybersecurity, data analytics, enterprise architecture, and systems administration. It ensures secure, efficient, and modern digital operations that support Navy mission readiness and IT transformation objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical and operational support for Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) programs.
- Coordinate NEN service orders, troubleshooting, and seat refresh operations.
- Monitor NEN network performance and escalate complex issues as required.
- Interface with Functional Area Managers and technical teams to ensure service continuity.
- Maintain accurate documentation of NEN assets, incidents, and configuration changes.
- Assist in the development of NEN improvement and modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- DoD Secret Security Clearance required
- Six (6) years of professional experience supporting Navy Enterprise Networks.
- Proficiency in NEN order management and incident resolution tools.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities across technical teams.
