What you will do-
The Sr. Regional Sales Manager will lead Peripheral Vascular’ s Sales efforts across Brazil. This pivotal role will be responsible for lead PV’s sales team in Brazil to achieve the corporation’s growth and profitability expectations. This role will work in tandem with marketing, medical education and health economics and market access (HEMA) in executing PV’s marketing strategies that drive market growth and establish the company as a leader in vascular solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the medical devices’ landscape and exceptional leadership skills to manage a diverse team of sales professionals and indirect channels. Responsibilities include bridging the gap between global strategy and local execution, ensuring the sales teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed, providing accurate revenue / product demand forecasts, developing meaningful relationships with physicians, providers and payers as well as attracting, recruiting and developing top talent.
- Lead Brazil PV’s Sales Team and Indirect Channels to achieve annual sales and profitability targets. Lead the execution of the Brazil’s Strategic plan, aligning PV’s global objectives with local market dynamics through robust market analysis, competitive insights, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Partner with PV Marketing, local, regional and global, in the development and implementation the end-to-end regional product launch strategy, collaborating cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Regulatory, and commercial partners to ensure timely, successful market introductions.
- Partner with Finance to provide accurate quarterly/annual revenue forecasts as well as provide relevant information that can impact PV’s business in Brazil. Partner with Operations and Finance at a strategic level to shape long-range product forecasts, commercial readiness, and alignment with revenue and supply chain planning.
- Partner with Indirect Channel Management area in overseeing IC’s compliance with Stryker’s processes and requirements in a timely manner.
- Partner with Health Economics and Market Access in all negotiations with healthcare payers – private, public and others – representing PV’s and Stryker’s efforts to achieve a fair reimbursement for PV therapies in Brazil.
- Deliver actionable business intelligence, leading the analysis of key product performance indicators (ASP, market share, penetration, competitive dynamics) to inform regional and global decision-making.
- Define and lead the regional KOL engagement and medical education strategy, ensuring strategic alignment with clinical and professional affairs while maintaining full regulatory and compliance adherence.
- Build and strengthen executive-level customer relationships, leveraging insights from the field, congresses, and events to guide regional marketing priorities and influence commercial strategy.
What you need-
