As a Senior Multimedia Designer with a strong focus on motion design, you will have a natural eye for design across print and digital mediums. You will possess the drive to inspire dynamic ideas which connect with our audience. You will be working with a team of designers and videographers in close partnership with the editorial and marketing wings, delivering quality work across our Marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements;
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to bring concepts to life through motion and animation;
- Edit and enhance video footage with special effects, transitions, and dynamic graphics;
- Be involved in and contribute to brainstorming sessions with the team, maintaining our brand identity to develop innovative initiatives;
- Receive and apply feedback on the design received from the Line Manager;
- Analyse trends and keep up with the times. Research new technologies/techniques and how they can be practically applied to our design;
- Self-manage and take ownership of the design task assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- At least 7+ years of experience in a client-side/agency environment;
- Proven experience as a multimedia graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing motion design and animation work;
- Experience in developing marketing/advertising campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Visual Ideation/Creativity/Typography Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency with Multimedia Design Software (After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of colour theory, typography, and visual storytelling in a multimedia context.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong collaborative skills;
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage own workload and changing demands;

- Can perform under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment.
