Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality multimedia assets (video, motion graphics, etc.) using creative directions and testing strategies, ensuring visual consistency, high standards, and marketing objective alignment.
- Train junior designers, guiding them in new workflows (e.g., AI, high-volume production) and a data-driven design mindset. Provide constructive feedback to elevate overall team quality.
- Introduce and document new AI workflows and best practices from top-performing creatives through internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Pioneer and implement AI tools and automation workflows to reduce manual tasks, optimize production speed, and support high-volume asset generation without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with User Acquisition (UA) / Creative Leads to efficiently propose and deliver visual solutions, accelerating the concept-to-production pipeline.
- Ensure creative outputs are not only visually appealing but also optimized for Performance Marketing goals. Leverage key industry metrics (e.g., IPM, CPI, CVR, CTR) to evaluate and produce high-converting ad creatives.
- Effectively manage workload within iterative, fast-paced production cycles, ensuring large volumes of deliverables are submitted on time for marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of motion/multimedia design experience, preferably within mobile gaming or digital advertising. Expert knowledge of mobile game aesthetics, UX, and Performance Marketing metrics (IPM, CPI, CVR, CTR) for driving high-converting creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Cap Cut, Illustrator) with a highly adaptable mindset for quickly integrating and optimizing AI tools into production workflows.
- Excellent data-driven communication skills for strategic alignment with Marketing/UA teams.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume production cycles while maintaining visual quality and proactively improving workflows.
