Portfolio Accountant (Full-Time, In-Office)
We’re hiring a Senior Portfolio Accountant to join our growing accounting team supporting a dynamic portfolio of multifamily properties. This full-time, in-office position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative team, contribute to a variety of accounting functions, and play a key role in financial operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the financial health of a portfolio of multifamily properties through comprehensive accounting procedures.
- Oversee full-cycle accounting processes, including AP, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis for multiple properties within the portfolio.
- Collaborate with property management teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain general ledger entries, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
- Assist in the annual audit process and provide supporting schedules and documentation to external auditors

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in multifamily real estate accounting.
- Proficiency in Yardi is required.
- Working knowledge of OneSite is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
