ADT is seeking a Senior MuleSoft Developer with 7 years experience to be located ON-SITE at our Irving, TX location to design and deliver high-performance enterprise integration solutions. In this role, you will build scalable APIs using Mule 4 and the Anypoint Platform, supporting secure integrations across critical systems within our enterprise environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Architect & Develop: Lead the delivery of scalable APIs and complex integrations using Mule 4 and DataWeave 2.0.
- Design: Define enterprise-grade API specifications using RAML or OAS via Anypoint Code Builder (ACB).
- Infrastructure: Manage and optimize CloudHub 2.0 environments, specifically Private Spaces and Replicas.
- Ecosystem Integration: Orchestrate data flows between Salesforce, Google Cloud, and legacy JMS systems.
- Security: Implement and govern OAuth 2.0 and JWT validation through API Manager.
- DevOps Excellence: Own the CI/CD lifecycle using Harness, Maven, and MUnit for automated testing and deployment.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Experience:
Minimum 7 years of experience developing enterprise integrations using MuleSoft.
Required Skills:
- Advanced experience working with MuleSoft Mule 4
- Experience building integrations using API-led architecture (three-layer model)
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, and databases
- Ability to work across multiple engineering teams to design and deliver integration solutions
- Experience developing and supporting enterprise API platforms.
- Languages: DataWeave 2.0 (Expert), Java, SQL, RAML/OAS.
- Platform: Anypoint Platform (Expertise in API Manager, Exchange, and Runtime Manager).
- Cloud Infrastructure: CloudHub 2.0, Private Spaces, Anypoint MQ.
- Automation/CI-CD: Harness, Maven, MUnit.
- Systems: Salesforce, Google Cloud, Database, JMS.
- Ability to independently own and drive MuleSoft integrations across their full lifecycle — from development and deployment to ongoing support, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
Preferred skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience building MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers; proficiency with AI-native IDEs (Cursor/Windsurf/Claude).
- Certification: MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 2
The salary range for this role is $115,000 -$172,800 and is based on experience and qualifications.
Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.
