The base pay range for this role is estimated to be 49.125 - 72.050 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills
Tasks and Qualifications:Principal Responsibilities
- Lead projects with full responsibility over budget, schedule, quality and EHS (Environment Health and Safety)
- Leading interdisciplinary project teams to deliver projects on time and quality within a given cost framework
- Contact person for the customer during the entire project duration
- Contract management including change and claims management
- Scheduling and control
- Control of costs and cash flow with accurate forecasts of over and underspending.
- Risk management and project status reporting
- Coordinating the specification and procurement of equipment, products and services together with the relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with project management processes and policies
Knowledge & Experience Required
- University degree (industrial engineer, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, business administration with a specialization in logistics) or a comparable qualification
- Ideally project experience with strong cost, time and quality awareness
- Experience in the logistics sector desirable
- Experience working in a live environment, effectively coordinating break-in activities
- Good communication skills, able to work across functional levels and geographical boundaries
- Ability to work in a team, change and problem-solving skills as well as an analytical approach to work
- Constructive conflict management, high level of personal responsibility and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx.30%). Driving license.
- Good written and spoken English and local language. Fluency in other languages is desirable.
Skills Required
- University degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical engineering, automation technology, or business administration with logistics specialization (or comparable qualification)
- Proven project management experience with responsibility for budget, schedule, quality and EHS
- Experience managing contracts including change and claims management
- Scheduling, cost control, cash flow forecasting and risk management skills
- Experience working in live environments and coordinating break-in/commissioning activities
- Good written and spoken English and local language proficiency
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 30%) and valid driving license
- Good communication, teamwork, change and problem-solving skills, analytical approach
- Constructive conflict management, high personal responsibility and assertiveness
- Experience in the logistics sector
- Fluency in additional languages
