Due to our explosive growth, the company has made moving to a comprehensive ERP and CRM system a top priority. We are now looking for a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to play a key role in building, optimizing, and scaling these systems to support Fluent’s rapid expansion.

What you will do
Map user requirements into effective MS Dynamics BC ERP solutions tailored to Fluent’s needs.
Design, develop, and modify new modules, especially in Sales, Finance, HR management and operational workflows.
Perform system administration and ongoing support.
Test and deploy new developments across company environments and integrate them into existing systems.
Support teams by implementing new functionality upon request (CRM, Pricing, Gmail connection, etc.).
Manage connections with third-party systems to collect and process relevant data into Business Central.
Provide consulting and recommendations to improve existing logic and expand the system in line with Fluent’s rapid growth.
What you will need
7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development, administration, and maintenance.
Strong expertise with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / MS Navision.
Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
Fast-learning mindset and ability to support team requests efficiently.
Experience working with existing ERP/CRM and extending with new modules.
English – Upper Intermediate / Advanced.
Advantage
- Background in the financial or project management industry.
- Hands-on experience with Business Central’s CRM and HR modules.
- Solid SQL knowledge and experience with relational database management systems.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM processes gained within complex financial or banking projects.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Open-mindedness and flexibility.
