Who We're Looking For

You are an experienced Senior Motion Graphics Designer who excels in bringing static 2D graphics to life through sophisticated animation techniques. With a refined eye for design and a mastery of motion dynamics, you will lead the transformation of conceptual art into engaging animations, focusing primarily on lotties and dynamic mp4 files. Your role is critical in guiding our visual designers, ensuring that their static designs are not only animated but optimized for maximum impact.

As a seasoned expert with a robust background in graphic and motion design, you will not only execute animations but also provide strategic art direction across various projects. You are skilled in developing new graphic elements from scratch and possess a keen understanding of how to enhance narratives through video editing.

Proficiency with industry-standard animation tools, such as Blender or Cinema 4D, is essential, but your standout skill will be creating exceptional lotties that captivate and engage audiences.

Your experience allows you to serve not just as a doer but as a thought leader within our team, setting standards for quality and creativity.

What You’ll Do

• Lead designing and translating static 2D graphics into compelling animations, with a specific focus on producing high-quality lotties and mp4 files.
• Provide expert art direction for creative video and animation briefs, aligning with the latest industry trends and exceeding client expectations.
• Innovate and create new graphic elements that push the boundaries of digital animation.
• Utilize advanced skills in standard animation software to deliver cutting-edge visual content.
• Oversee and contribute to major client projects, ensuring that all motion design work is strategic, technically sound, and visually appealing.
