Lead motion design projects from concept to delivery.
Develop animations for marketing campaigns, product UI, explainer videos, and social media.
Collaborate with product designers and developers to create motion systems within the design system (transitions, interactions, micro-animations).
Create storyboards, prototypes, and mood boards to communicate motion ideas clearly.
Maintain brand consistency across motion design assets.
Mentor junior motion designers and review their work.
Stay up to date with motion design trends and tools.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in motion design or animation.
Strong portfolio showcasing animation for digital products, branding, and storytelling.
Expert in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion design tools (e.g., Lottie, Figma motion plugins).
Knowledge of 2D animation; 3D animation is a plus.
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, storytelling, timing, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
