Designs and maintains high-throughput backend systems using C# and modern .NET. Responsibilities include contract-first API development, REST and gRPC integrations, distributed architectures, database access, security, automated testing, observability, containerization, and CI/CD. The role also requires code reviews, mentoring, technical interviewing, architecture governance, legacy-system integration, and adoption of AI-assisted engineering workflows.

Architect and develop scalable AI frameworks combining predictive models and agentic multi-agent systems. Productionize forecasting, anomaly detection, and risk models; build MLOps pipelines and containerized microservices; implement evaluation, safety guardrails, and cost optimization. Collaborate with enterprise clients on infrastructure integration, APIs, and deployment while mentoring junior technical talent and solving complex architectural challenges.

Work with clients and internal teams to gather and document business requirements, produce BRDs/SRS, write user stories and acceptance criteria, create simple wireframes, and use AI tools to improve documentation and analysis while collaborating across product, design, development, and QA.

Lead product strategy, digital operations, and P&L for a B2B SaaS workflow platform. Define positioning, ICPs, PLG acquisition, and roadmaps; ensure operational performance, release readiness, and delivery governance; manage budgets, ROI, and metrics; and direct and mentor cross-functional product and engineering teams to drive scalable growth.
