We’re on the lookout for a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative Studio team. In this role, you’ll be crafting high-impact motion content for the Trustpilot brand across a variety of platforms—from feature animations and social media, to digital marketing campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with our Head of Design, delivering projects from concept to completion, ensuring each piece of work reflects our brand’s voice and vision. You’ll play a crucial part in aiding us to evolve our visual storytelling while working within a highly collaborative environment where creativity thrives. What you’ll be doing

  • Your main focus will be designing and delivering dynamic motion graphics that elevate our brand’s visual identity across all digital platforms.
  • Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for a wide range of digital content, including product explainers, social media, and marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all motion content aligns with Trustpilot’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and quality
  • Collaborate with designers to seamlessly integrate motion elements into broader creative projects
  • Design and animate custom assets to support campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to our team
  • Work efficiently across multiple projects, ensuring timelines are met in a fast-paced environment


Who you are

  • Proven years of motion graphics experience in branding, marketing, or digital content creation. Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop; experience with LottieFiles, Cinema 4D, or Blender is beneficial
  • A comprehensive portfolio showcasing motion design and animation work that aligns with brand guidelines.High attention to detail in composition, color theory, typography, and timing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Comprehensive communication skills with the ability to present and defend creative ideas to internal teams
  • Enthusiastic about innovation and motivated to create global work.
