Own motion projects from design to delivery
Produce marketing videos, motion graphics, and product animations end-to-end
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ideate and execute
Define and evolve the DualEntry motion style
Hardcore work ethic and high agency
7+ years of motion design experience
Comfortable wearing the hats of both designer and creative director
Able to turn loose briefs into polished work
Deep knowledge of After Effects, 3D experience is desirable
Prior experience with Figma and Lottie/Rive, or willingness to learn
Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world

Skills Required
- 7+ years of motion design experience
- Deep knowledge of After Effects
- Experience producing marketing videos, motion graphics, and product animations end-to-end
- Ability to act as both designer and creative director
- Able to turn loose briefs into polished work
- Experience with Figma
- Experience with Lottie or Rive
- 3D experience
- High work ethic, high agency, ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup
