This role will be focused on Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing infrastructure, network and hardware environments to best support testing and deployment in continuous integration/continuous delivery environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Instrument monitoring solutions on various infrastructure platforms.
Worked on enterprise monitoring tools like New Relic, Dynatrace.
Aware of service management principles.
Scripting custom monitoring solutions & AI instrumentation.
Capable of troubleshooting & identifying issues and provide solutions.
Works for the betterment of the team.
Willing to learn new technologies & grow.
Required Qualifications:
Must have minimum 3-10 years’ experience in Infrastructure administration.
Must have administration experience in any of the Enterprises monitoring products.
Strong knowledge on infrastructure, engineering, and support.
Automation skills using Terraform, New Relic, Dynatrace
Must have some Cloud technology exposure (Microsoft Azure)
Must have certificate management Knowledge in different products.
Sound problem solving and decision-making ability
Ability to work independently and with team members from different backgrounds
Excellent communication, presentation, consultative, and interpersonal skills
