About the role
Join a leading pan-African technology group operating across four French-speaking countries. As our Senior MongoDB Expert, you will be a key player in building and sustaining robust, high-availability database infrastructure across a complex and fast-growing regional environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement MongoDB architecture and installations
- Set up and configure monitoring solutions
- Define L2 operational manuals in collaboration with the vendor
- Join incident resolution calls when issues escalate beyond the NOC's scope
- Define and roll out all operational procedures (ModOps) for the NOC teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on MongoDB experience
- Senior/confirmed profile with strong autonomy
- Comfortable operating in a multi-country, multi-stakeholder environment
- Native or fluent French speaker
- Good level of English required
- Based in Madagascar (preferred)
