As Full Stack Engineer - React Native (d/f/m), you will
- Design, build, and optimize cross-platform features and solutions with React Native, contributing to the overall optimization and development of our (Mobile) Access Control
- Conceptualize, develop, and iterate features within our ever-growing mobile platform quickly.
- Proactively contribute to improving the architecture, performance, and developer experience of our mobile platform and dashboards
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, performant, and scalable mobile applications using React Native
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code, following best practices for mobile development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Backend, and Business teams to deliver exceptional mobile-first features across JavaScript and TypeScript
- Stay on top of emerging mobile technologies and trends—and bring your insights into our product and engineering discussions
- Proactively contribute to improving the architecture, performance, and developer experience of our mobile platform
- Continuously enhance CI/CD workflows, app performance, code quality, and test coverage
- Ensure high standards in app store deployment, release management, and post-release monitoring
What you will need to succeed in this role:
- Solid experience building cross-platform applications using React Native in production environments
- Extensive experience working with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Top-notch programming skills and a deep understanding of JavaScript, as well as modern mobile application architecture and patterns
- Knowledge on how to write testable code and confidence in writing unit and integration tests for mobile apps
- Experience with native platform APIs and the ability to implement custom native modules for React Native
- Understanding of app performance bottlenecks and how to optimize for battery, startup time, and responsiveness
- Desire to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and value collaboration, clarity, and continuous improvement
- Excitement to build delightful mobile experiences for users across the globe while being a problem-solver and challenge-seeker
