We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Developer with deep expertise in Flutter and a strong command of native mobile architecture (iOS & Android). The ideal candidate will be a systems-oriented thinker, capable of performing effectively in high-pressure environments, and leading complex projects from design to implementation. This role demands not only excellent coding skills but also strong analytical abilities, architectural design knowledge, and the capacity to mentor other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (iOS, Android, Windows) using Flutter.

• Design and implement effective software architecture solutions, adhering to design patterns (MVP, MVVM, Object Binding) and SOLID principles.

• Lead the deep integration of native features, such as CarPlay and Android Auto, ensuring seamless performance and user experience.

• Collaborate closely with the back-end team to design and integrate RESTful APIs, and manage back-end services (Firebase) and local databases.

• Analyze, evaluate, and propose technical solutions, and select appropriate third-party libraries to optimize application performance and scalability.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Ensure code quality by performing code reviews and identifying potential issues.

• Proactively research and stay updated on new technology trends, and share knowledge with the team.

• Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in professional mobile application development.

• Proficiency in Flutter with practical experience in complex state management solutions like BLoC and Provider.

• Solid understanding of native architecture for both iOS and Android, including application lifecycles, system components, and how to communicate with Flutter (platform channels).

• Demonstrated experience in integrating and developing features for CarPlay and Android Auto.

• Experience working with .NET Core back-end services.

• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, Firebase, and the Google Maps SDK.

• Excellent ability to read and comprehend technical documentation in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) for Flutter projects.

• Familiarity with testing methodologies (unit tests, widget tests, integration tests).

• Experience working in an agile/scrum environment.

• Experience developing other cross-platform applications beyond mobile (e.g., Windows, Web).
