The Role: MLOps Engineer (Mid-to-Senior)
We're hiring an MLOps Engineer to join our Data Platform Engineering team and contribute to our AI & ML platform. You'll help build the internal infrastructure and tooling that allows our data scientists and AI engineers to deploy machine learning models safely, quickly, and at scale.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to our ML Ops Platform - Help build and improve the systems that enable model deployment, observability, and governance.
- Work hands-on with infra and code - Contribute using Python, TypeScript, Terraform, CDK, and tools like Snowflake, SageMaker, Databricks.
- Collaborate widely - Partner with stakeholders in data science, analytics, and engineering to align requirements and deliver impactful tools.
- Define best practices - Help shape how ML infrastructure is built and operated at Personio.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of software/platform/data engineering experience
- Exposure to production-grade ML model deployment and operations
- Familiarity with infra-as-code tools like Terraform or CDK
- Solid coding skills in Python and/or TypeScript
- Experience with cloud platforms (ideally AWS) and data systems like Snowflake or Databricks
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to work in a new and evolving area

Location & Interview Process
Both roles are based in Berlin or Dublin. We welcome candidates across Europe and offer relocation support for those open to moving.
