As a Senior MLOps Engineer in our AI Lab team, you'll architect high-performance systems that drive business value by reducing fraud, increasing sales with better customer interaction, and reducing cost through more effective processes. Our ML stack focuses on leveraging AI to drive business value across the organization and to build world class decisioning driven by best in class machine learning.
What You'll Do:
- Platform Alignment & Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge between Modelers (Data Scientists) and DevOps/Infrastructure teams. Build and maintain a seamless platform for real-time model deployment and serving.
- Production-Grade Infrastructure: Design and own the internal MLOps platform from scratch, focusing on production K8s clusters, automated GitOps pipelines, and scalable model registries.
- Real-Time Serving & Automation: Implement high-performance ML pipelines for real-time inference, model evaluation, rollouts, and automated rollbacks.
- AI Observability & Governance: Drive technical standards for production model monitoring, tracking data/concept drift, and ensuring data lineage and security (RBAC).
We're Looking For:
8+ years of overall experience in Infrastructure or Platform Engineering, with 4+ years focused deeply on hands-on production MLOps architectures.
Strong Kubernetes expertise: Deep hands-on experience running and scaling ML workloads on K8s and cloud environments.
Hands-on MLOps Stack: Experience building or maintaining infrastructure using tools for model serving, orchestration, or monitoring (e.g., working with technologies like Kubernetes, ArgoCD, MLflow/ClearML, Dagster/Airflow, Kserve, or Evidently).
Real-Time Model Serving: Practical experience taking models out of data science environments and operationalizing them for low-latency, real-time production serving.
Strong Individual Contributor: You thrive as a hands-on technical expert. You enjoy owning the architecture, engineering the platform, and driving technical alignment across teams.

Skills Required
- 5+ years of professional experience in MLOps or a related field
- Experience deploying and managing machine learning models in production environments
- Understanding ML lifecycle, model training and evaluation workflows
- Experience with ML pipeline orchestration tools (e.g. Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, etc.)
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows using relevant tools
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed systems
- Strong communication skills (English B2+)
- Familiarity with Golang, .NET
- Knowledge of fraud prevention, fintech, or compliance
