JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with business units to align AI/ML solutions with strategic goals.
- Work closely with domain experts to design and develop cutting-edge algorithms.
- Innovate and conceptualize new methodologies with a clear pathway to production deployment.
- Define scalable and efficient algorithmic solutions.
- Architect, develop, and optimize advanced ML/DL algorithms.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML/DL research and integrate state-of-the-art techniques into production.
- Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Complete Ph.D. or M.S. in Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in developing technical products and algorithmic solutions.
- Expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning to computer vision, time-series analysis, or scientific computing (Advanced Level).
- Strong proficiency in algorithm design and optimization (Advanced Level).
- Solid foundation in statistics, probability theory, and data-driven modeling.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, tensor analysis, and numerical methods.
- Experience with signal and image processing techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Mentorship & Team Leadership – experience mentoring junior ML engineers or researchers.
- Ability to work with product teams, algorithm developers, and business stakeholders.
