We are seeking an experienced Supply Ops Specialist to join our team. This role will be crucial in shaping our customers’ experience using LoopMe’s Supply Side Platform by overseeing supply integrations, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring efficient troubleshooting efforts. As a member of the team, you will be able to use your technical expertise to proactively prevent common issues from occurring.
The ideal candidate has a background in ad tech and ad operations, with the ability to combine technical expertise and analytical rigor. You will act as a trusted consultant to our stakeholders while contributing to the long-term growth of the supply operations function.
Key Responsibilities
- Support account managers and LoopMe’s publishers with technical troubleshooting and provide expertise on the LoopMe supply platform.
- Represent Supply Operations in cross-functional projects, helping shape company-wide initiatives around supply growth and monetization.
- Collaborate with the team using your expertise on the supply-side platform and the programmatic ad operations landscape.
- Partner with Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to improve supply-side processes, integrations, and reporting infrastructure.
- Oversee invoicing, reconciliation, and payment cycles, ensuring operational excellence and accuracy at scale.
- Build and maintain documentation, best practices, and playbooks to standardize workflows and scale operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ad tech ad operations, preferably on the supply-side.
- Acquired knowledge on programmatic advertising and ad serving
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced knowledge of Excel/BI tools.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
