Role Overview 

We’re looking for a Senior or Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to join our growing Philippines team. You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and deploying high-quality Salesforce solutions across a variety of industries. This role is hands-on and technically focused, ideal for someone proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio, and experienced in working within fast-paced Agile environments. 

You’ll collaborate closely with consultants, architects, and project managers across multiple clouds and client engagements—contributing to both greenfield builds and enhancements. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are key to success in this role. 

Key Responsibilities 

Solution Design & Development 

• Develop and configure custom Salesforce solutions using LWC, OmniStudio, Apex, Flows, and other declarative tools 

• Translate solution designs into scalable, high-quality code 

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs 

• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to ensure technical alignment with business needs 

• Provide input on scalability, performance, and platform best practices during design sessions 

Implementation & Testing 

• Build and deploy features across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud 

• Write unit tests and participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability 

• Leverage CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps for version control and deployment 

Troubleshooting & Support 

• Debug and resolve development and post-deployment issues 

• Provide technical support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live phases 

• Contribute to ongoing optimisation and support of existing Salesforce solutions 

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement 

• Work within Agile project teams, participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives 

• Document technical components and contribute to internal knowledge sharing 

• Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, features, and ecosystem tools 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline—or equivalent work experience 

• Proven Salesforce development experience with a successful track record of project delivery, ideally in consulting or client-facing roles 

• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, Apex, and Flows 

• Experience with custom development and integration of Salesforce with external systems 

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for pipelines and deployments is a strong advantage 

• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and key clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) 

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or additional Salesforce certifications highly regarded 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in Agile teams 

• Self-driven and capable of independently owning technical outcomes
