We are continuously growing, and we are looking for a Senior Microsoft Systems Engineer to join our UniQue Modern Workplace & Cloud Services team, part of our ICT Services Technical Division.

For the Senior Microsoft Systems Engineer position, we expect you to:
- Be responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and support of intricate IT systems utilizing Microsoft technologies.
- Manage remote and on-site as well as maintain customers' IT infrastructure.
- Be involved in investigating and resolving cases.
Requirements
Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward.
- University/College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relative discipline.
- 5+ years of proven working experience in a similar role, supporting IT infrastructure environments.
- In depth expertise in Windows Server and Microsoft technologies.
- Proficient in managing and deploying Active Directory and Federation Services.
- Expert in administering Group Policy within large-scale organizations.
- Solid knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, CA and other core infrastructure services.
- Hands-on experience with System Center components, (SCVMM, SCOM, and SCCM).
- Skilled at performance tuning, log analysis, and capacity planning.
- Knowledgeable in implementing MS High Availability and Failover Clustering.
- Familiarity with Hyper-V and other virtualization platforms.
- Experience with Exchange Server (on-premises and online) is considered an asset.
- Proficient in scripting and automation using PowerShell or comparable tools.
- Knowledge of Azure and other cloud platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication with business stakeholders.
- Ability to produce clear deployment documentation.
- Expertise in planning and change management.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written).
- Willingness to travel internationally (mainly within the EU, up to 5% of time).
