Looking for a hands-on Microsoft senior-expert with deep understanding of enterprise environments and strong ownership.
The role involves managing and supporting Microsoft infrastructure and cloud services across multiple regions, with a focus on identity, endpoint management, collaboration tools, and automation.
RequirementsAs a Cognyter you will:
- Design and manage Active Directory (on‑prem & hybrid) across global environments
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) at scale
- Manage Microsoft Intune (endpoint management, compliance, device lifecycle)
- Design and maintain SSO solutions (Azure AD / Entra ID integrations)
- Work with Azure services (identity, integrations, core infrastructure)
- Maintain and troubleshoot DNS and core network services
- Lead and implement automation (Ansible, PowerShell)
- Ensure system security, availability, and performance globally
- Drive improvements and best practices across systems and processes
- Collaborate across international teams and stakeholders
For that mission you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience, with strong hands-on expertise
- Proven experience as a Microsoft infrastructure expert
- Deep knowledge of:
- Active Directory (on-prem & hybrid - design, replication, GPO strategy, hardening)
- Microsoft Intune (compliance, configuration profiles, Autopilot)
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, identity, user lifecycle, mail flow, hybrid, security, anti-spam/phishing)
- Azure / Entra ID (Conditional Access, Identity Protection, SSO, Hybrid identity, integrations)
- DNS and networking fundamentals
- Hybrid Identity (AD Connect / Cloud Sync, troubleshooting, design)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Automation (Ansible, PowerShell)
- SSO / identity integrations
- Very good English (spoken and written)
- Strong troubleshooting, ownership, and problem-solving mindset
Nice to have:
- Microsoft certifications (Azure, M365, Intune / Endpoint Manager)
- Experience working in global or enterprise environments
