Key Responsibilities / What are Expected to do:
- Provide technical advisory and policy guidance on Microsoft 365 solutions, advising clients on compliance, best practices, and effective implementation strategies.
- Administer and support the full Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
- Manage and optimize device and application management using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
- Administer Azure AD / Entra ID, including conditional access policies, identity lifecycle management, and group administration.
- Implement and maintain security baselines and protection policies using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user access, device compliance, and service availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT security, network, service desk) to ensure a secure, stable, and positive user experience across Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Keep up to date with Microsoft 365 feature updates and recommend enhancements aligned with business and operational needs.
- Maintain clear documentation of configurations, policies, and operational procedures.
- Provide Level 3 support and knowledge sharing to junior administrators or support staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates from non-traditional or non-directly related backgrounds with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn are welcome. Training and guidance will be provided.
- Exposure to or interest in Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Familiarity with Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Basic understanding of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
- Willingness to learn Microsoft security tools such as Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Office 365
- Curiosity and interest in automation or PowerShell scripting (training supported)
- Proficient in English to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders and documentation requirements.
- Able to communicate technical concepts clearly and professionally to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
