🤓 TripleTen is an EdTech company that designs and runs tech career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets. We've been doing it for over five years, teaching complete beginners — people with no prior tech background — through cohort-based programs built on our own platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI. Our team is fully remote and globally distributed, and we serve a large, active student base across both regions.
As our Senior User Acquisition Manager, you'll own one of our largest paid channels end to end — strategy, budget allocation, creative direction and funnel performance. This is a high-ticket product with a long, partly offline sales cycle: the sale doesn't happen in the ad account, it happens weeks later on a call with our sales team. Your job is to understand that whole path and move it.
This is a hands-on, single-owner role: no layer of buyers between you and the account. Reporting to our Marketing Lead, you'll work directly with creative, sales and analytics.
What you will do- Own the channel, not the tasks: Strategy, campaign structure, budget allocation and results are yours. You keep the account impeccable — nothing runs that shouldn't — and you defend your numbers to the business.
- Run a continuous flow of tests across audiences, funnels and creatives. Each launch starts with a written plan — hypothesis, metric, budget, decision rule.
- Read the whole funnel: CPL and lead volume are the beginning of the story, not the end. You track lead → SQL → sale.
- UA Expertise: 3+ years in User Acquisition, including personal ownership of Meta accounts at $50k+/month. Ownership means you set the strategy.
- Relevant Recent Experience: In the last 2–3 years, products with a considered purchase and a long or offline conversion — education, B2B, fintech, real estate, healthcare or similar.
- Analytical Rigor: Comfortable well past the ad account — lead quality, CAC, ROI, and reporting you build for yourself. You can name a change of yours that moved a down-funnel metric, and explain how you knew it worked.
- Structured Thinking on Paper: Launch plans, test maps and post-mortems are a habit.
- A Position You Can Defend: You've seen a problem nobody assigned to you, dug into the data, proposed a solution and carried it through. You argue with your manager when you think they're wrong — with evidence.
- Creative Intuition: While you don't need to be a designer, you must have a deep understanding of visual hooks, messaging, and what drives engagement in the current Meta landscape.
- Adaptability: A fast-paced, remote-first environment where you work independently and own your results.
- Language Proficiency: Working proficiency in English (B2+ preferred).
- Competitive compensation.
- Full-time remote contract with a flexible schedule.
- A close-knit, international team of thoughtful and driven professionals.
- All software licenses and remote work tools you need to be successful in a remote working environment (Slack, Miro, Notion, Zoom, etc).
