We are currently seeking a Senior Meetings & Events Operations Supervisor to join our vibrant team. At the Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam City Center, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

In your role as Sentior Meetings & Events Operations Supervisor, you will:

• Run the daily Meeting & Events (M&E) operations, where all aspects of the guest conference and M&E service experience are delivered to the highest levels (set-up and turn-down of meeting rooms);
• Work as part of the Food & Beverage department;
• Support the M&E Operations Manager where needed;
• Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries;
• Deliver on plans and objectives where banqueting initiatives & hotel targets are achieved;
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders;
• Have an excellent eye for details.

- Experience in banquets;

- Strong supervisory skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style;

- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry;

- Ability to find creative solutions with proven problem-solving capabilities offering support where required;

- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy;

- Strong interpersonal skills and great communication skills.
