The Media Strategist plays a pivotal role in delivering media strategy, planning and consultation for our largest partner brands. Additionally, they support the Media Strategy and Operations team by providing training, tailored solutions and processes to enhance media strategies and plans for small to mid-sized brand partners. Collaborating closely with the Partner Management, Media Operations and the Brand Strategists team, the Media Strategist ensures client goals are met through informed decision-making and innovative solutions.
This role involves transforming the challenges faced by our brand partners into actionable strategies, drawing on deep consumer and media insights. As a key member of the Media Strategy team, you will be expected to think creatively, challenge conventions and build client trust in media expertise. You will also champion the team's capabilities and serve as an advocate for its skill set. Success in this position requires a collaborative spirit, adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proven experience of ~5 years in developing and executing media strategies for mid-to-large-scale campaigns.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research and audience insights.
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms and performance/branding campaigns.
Strong stakeholder and client management skills, with ability to secure buy-in.
Proficiency in data analytics and measurement tools for campaign optimization.
Experience in workflow automation and media process improvements.
Skilled in delivering training and building media strategy capabilities.
Good to Have:
Experience in the German media markets.
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MSTR, Looker).
Background in fashion or retail media.
