Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Media Planning Executive to support the development and execution of cross-channel media plans for key clients. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of media fundamentals. You will work closely with managers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality plans, coordinate campaign execution, and ensure all deliverables meet performance and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing multi-channel media plans aligned with client objectives and audience insights.
- Conduct research using market, competitive, and audience tools to inform planning decisions.
- Support day-to-day planning tasks including budgets, channel allocations, timelines, and campaign documentation.
- Collaborate with performance, social, search, and creative teams to ensure integrated planning.
- Monitor live campaigns with the delivery teams to ensure pacing accuracy and KPI alignment.
- Prepare reports, post-campaign analyses, and actionable insights for internal and client presentations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of media trends, platform opportunities, and industry developments.
- Manage internal coordination, ensuring all stakeholders receive accurate, timely information.
- Support junior executives when needed and ensure high-quality work across planning outputs.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in media planning (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of media fundamentals, channel roles, and planning frameworks.
- Familiarity with media tools (e.g., TGI, GWI, SimilarWeb, Nielsen, platform insights dashboards).
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
