We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Senior Executive with our awesome team in Auckland. 

The role: 

As a Senior Executive, you will play a key role in the implementation, planning and buying of media activity on behalf of our clients.

Working across a variety of traditional media channels, you will collaborate with internal specialists, media partners and clients to deliver effective media outcomes while contributing to planning, reporting and client engagement activities. 

Core responsibilities: 

  • Implement and manage media plans, including negotiating and buying media across a range of channels.  

  • Develop and maintain media schedules, evaluate audience insights and identify opportunities that support client objectives. 

  • Prepare and present campaign reports, post-analysis, competitive reviews and planning recommendations. 

  • Build strong relationships with media partners, suppliers and client stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery. 

  • Manage bookings, reporting and billing processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 

A bit about you: 

  • 2+ years' experience in a media agency or media buying/planning environment with experience in TV, radio, OOH and print. 

  • Strong knowledge of the media landscape, audience measurement tools and media terminology. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage with clients and media partners. 

  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.  

  • A collaborative team player who is curious, proactive and motivated to make a positive impact.
