  • Work with Senior Program Managers as Project Engineer aiding in performance of analyses and interpretation of results as required

Requirements
  • Education/Training (both required and desired):
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant engineering or science discipline, from an ABET accredited program required

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of professional experience in the required task area
    • Familiarity with ASME Y14.100 Standard Practices for Engineering Drawings
    • 3D printing of prototype parts

  • Security:
    • Must be a US citizen
    • Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
    • Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
    • Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
    • Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary: $100,000 - 110,000

This is not a guarantee of compensation, rather actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications or degrees held. Offered salary may fall outside of this range.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering/science from an ABET accredited program
  • 5+ years of professional experience in relevant mechanical/aerospace engineering tasks
  • Model complex, lofted aerospace parts in NX
  • Experience with SolidWorks
