Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our New Product Development (NPD) team, you'll collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines to create practical, reliable, and manufacturable solutions used in dairy and industrial automation applications.
Qualifications- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related disciplin· 7+ years' experience designing and developing electromechanical products
- Proven experience using 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, GD&T, and tolerance analysis
- Experience taking products from concept through to production
- Injection molded plastics experience
- Dairy Farm Management with suppliers and right material selection of plastics for FDA compliance would be advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- The ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Bonus points if you have experience in:
- Dairy technology, agricultural machinery, industrial automation, or robotic
- Food-grade or hygienic design
- Product compliance and certification requirements
- FEA or engineering simulation tools
- PDM or PLM systems
