We’re looking for a highly skilled Amazon Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of our Amazon 3P business. This role is focused on driving operational excellence across listings, advertising, and catalog health, ensuring every aspect of our presence on Amazon is optimized for performance, compliance, and profitability.
The MissionYou will manage the technical and operational details of Seller Central, run advanced ad programs across Sponsored Ads, DSP, and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), and tackle complex issues that arise in the Amazon ecosystem. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, is deeply familiar with Amazon systems and data tools, and can turn analysis into action.
What You’ll DoAmazon 3P Operations
- Manage daily Amazon Seller Central operations, ensuring listings, variations, and product data are accurate, optimized, and compliant
- Oversee content updates across product detail pages, A+ content, and the Brand Store while maintaining brand consistency
- Resolve catalog, listing, and policy issues through proactive case management
Advertising and Analytics
- Manage Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns to achieve strong performance across ROAS, ACOS, NTB%, CPC, and CVR
- Leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and analytics platforms to uncover insights and guide optimizations
- Monitor trends and KPIs using tools such as XNurta, Perpetua, and Brand Analytics
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Creative and Marketing to align brand assets and content with marketplace strategy
- Communicate operational needs with the Supply Chain team to ensure product availability
- Translate strategic direction from leadership into clear, actionable execution plans
Process and Performance Excellence
- Develop and maintain SOPs for recurring operational tasks
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities
- Stay up to date on Amazon policy changes to ensure compliance and minimize risk
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of direct Amazon 3P (Seller Central) experience managing operations and advertising
- Proven success executing Sponsored Ads, DSP, and AMC initiatives with measurable performance results
- Hands-on experience resolving catalog, compliance, and listing issues through Seller Central
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using XNurta, Perpetua, and Brand Analytics
- Deep understanding of Amazon ad metrics, campaign structure, and optimization levers
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communicator who collaborates well across teams
- Preferred: experience managing multi-ASIN portfolios or exposure to marketplaces such as Walmart 1P
