The Senior Marketplace Manager leads all aspects of Pattern brand partner go-to-market strategies. If you are great at nurturing partner relationships, developing and executing business plans, supporting a team of ecommerce professionals, and increasing operational efficiencies, we want you to apply! These efforts extend across a variety of domestic marketplaces such as Walmart, Target, eBay, Macy’s, Kohls, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces in the Americas such as Amazon Canada, Amazon Mexico, Mercado Libre, Walmart Canada & Walmart Mexico.
This is a full time role that works a hybrid schedule (M/W/Th in-office each week) based in Lehi, Utah.

Develop and execute business plans tailored to each marketplace platform, leveraging insights and best practices to drive sales, increase visibility, and enhance brand presence

What do I need to thrive in this role?

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or related roles

Proven track record of success in driving sales and growth on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target, with extra preference given to Walmart (though any marketplace experience is a plus)

WMC (Walmart Connect) advertising and Amazon advertising expertise preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, able to translate insights into actionable strategies and recommendations

Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, trends, and best practices, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the e-commerce landscape

What is the team like?
You will work with other Senior Marketplace Managers and be supervised by the Director of Marketplaces. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team and with the marketplace business units at Walmart (US, Canada, Mexico), Amazon (Canada, Mexico, Brazil) Target, eBay, Kohls, Macy’s, Mercado Libre and more.
