Information Security Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
• Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Roles and Responsibilities

• Hands on development; building email templates, multi-step journeys, and automations
• Provide technical leadership on implementations and managed services
• Act as a platform subject matter expert
• Create technical specifications as well as document current and future-state processes
• Provide architecture around internal data flow and integrations into other systems
• Offer deep knowledge in SQL, Marketo personalization, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Work with internal teams and client to document technical approach and execution
• Support data analytics, campaign management, and strategy teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technology, Marketing, Math or related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of Adobe Marketo experience including campaign development and integration experience
• Background with multiple Adobe Marketo implementations
• Development experience in SQL, Marketo personalization, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated history of establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients
• Ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities
• Work effectively both in a team setting and independently
• Adaptable and solution-focused with strong troubleshooting skills
• Willing to be on call for any QA support outside of business hours
