What You'll Own

We're not looking for someone to "support." We're looking for someone to lead. You'll own the overarching vision for your accounts and the strategic decisions that drive them. Here's what you'll do:

  • Architect comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns built around each childcare client's unique goals.
  • Command client meetings with confidence, guiding their strategic direction and helping them make critical growth calls.
  • Define exactly what success looks like, set precise KPIs, and manage optimization budgets to squeeze the most out of every dollar.
  • Collaborate with our team of coordinators and designers to turn visionary ideas into market reality.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the childcare and marketing industries, bringing fresh thinking to every brainstorm.
  • Deliver insightful quarterly strategic roadmaps, not just basic data reports.

  • You've led and owned multi-channel strategies for multiple clients at once (agency experience is a big plus).
  • You're comfortable managing, allocating, and optimizing campaign budgets based on real ROI.
  • You can turn complex web analytics into clear, actionable client stories, and GA4 is your friend.
  • You communicate flawlessly in writing and on camera, and you move fast without dropping the ball.

Skills Required

  • Proven expertise leading and owning multi-channel marketing strategies for multiple clients simultaneously (agency environment preferred).
  • Comfort managing, allocating, and optimizing campaign budgets with focus on ROI.
  • Exceptional skill interpreting web analytics tools (GA4) to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Flawless written and verbal communication and ability to lead client conversations.
  • Highly proficient with Google Suite and modern marketing software ecosystems.
  • Ability to mentor internal coordinators and designers and drive campaigns from strategy to execution.
