A Day in the LifeWe’re looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist – Cardiac Ablation Solutions, SEA to help shape how our products go to market and create meaningful impact across the business. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and collaboration – ideal for someone who enjoys turning insights into action and working closely with cross‑functional teams.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of key marketing initiatives from concept through execution. Your responsibilities will include:
Driving the development of market requirements for assigned products or product lines
Leading and coordinating product planning, launches, market development, and market research activities
Partnering closely with Commercial and cross functional team to identify new marketing opportunities and growth areas
Managing projects end‑to‑end, including planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and execution
Identifying unmet customer needs and emerging business opportunities, and helping move ideas from concept to market
Coordinating with regional and geographic teams to strengthen collaboration and build strong partnerships
Supporting broader marketing initiatives such as trade shows, website development, campaign tracking, and future e‑commerce strategies
Measuring campaign performance and providing data‑driven recommendations for future promotions

This is a senior individual contributor role where you’ll work with a high level of autonomy while collaborating with a broad group of stakeholders.
