The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal marketing leaders on large-scale projects, including but not limited to the annual sales kick off event; the largest global event, ICON; the Connect Event series; Playbook templatizations.

  • Review analytics from our project management tool to project and identify upcoming bottlenecks and strategies accordingly.

  • Demonstrable experience in Resource Management.

  • Effectively schedule and track status of each project to keep the team on track to meet multiple pressing and often simultaneous deadlines.

  • Lead kickoff calls with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across various departments

  • Provide proficient consultation on marketing campaigns, offering best practices and tailored recommendations to teams

  • Manage 1-2 direct reports within the Project Management function.

  • Responsible for assigning new projects, tracking, reporting, and managing workflow through different departments.

  • Demonstrate urgency, commitment to quality and display a high level of personal accountability for all deliverables, communications, and overall performance.

  • Collaborate with project management global team.

  • Maintain and champion the Blue Yonder brand in the region for adherence and visibility.

  • Manage the wrike go to market projects, tasks, monthly project reviews driving on-time delivery and project tracking accuracy.

  • Manage the go to market team site where go to market focused plans, communications, action items, status dashboards, templates, etc. are housed.

  • Host monthly go to market process update and feedback meetings.

  • Manage RACI’s and Wrike project plans for new solutions, professional services and portfolio launches.

  • Champion the adoption of best practices and new tools or technologies to enhance the go to market process.

  • Manage and optimize the statistics and claims library by ensuring data accuracy, increasing engagement, and maintaining legal compliance for external use.

Role Contribution:
The Marketing Coordinator will directly support Blue Yonder by ensuring timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives. This role contributes to increasing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and ultimately supporting the company’s sales and growth objectives.

Qualifications:

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the technology or software industry.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, email marketing software, and social media management tools.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
