The Senior Marketing Specialist will be supporting the local market with strategic marketing and business development efforts.
Job Description
Responsibilities:

Leading the strategy and execution of critical marketing initiatives in the local market
-
Responsibilities include managing proactive marketing initiatives to increase awareness and interest in the market to elevate the position and perception of Cushman & Wakefield and its experts
-
Lead and coordinate strategy sessions and pitch/proposal partnership with Leadership, fee-earners and others based on scope of services, client and level of expertise required for pursuit
-
Contributes to the creation, design and development of materials as needed
-
Responsible for assembling, writing (or editing), and updating written content
-
Lead and partner with Research to develop relevant proactive marketing pieces
-
Use local market competitive, client, and industry insights to inform business strategies and optimize impact of marketing strategy

Ensures best practice sharing and adoption

Collaborates with peers across markets and functions and share work to increase the effectiveness and efficiencies of colleagues
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree required, Marketing & Communications preferred
-
5+ years of marketing and/or communications experience preferred
-
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
-
Marketing and communications experience within Commercial Real Estate industry would be ideal, interest is a must
-
Ability to independently achieve successful outcomes on all executed activities with minimal supervision

Strong project management and organizational skills

Ability to interface and communicate with internal clients

Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills
The compensation for the position is: $80,750.00 - $95,000.00
